What do we do ?

We are process agents. Clients can use our address to receive important documents from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.  The client's name is also displayed in our reception area. On receipt of any documents we contact our clients and inform them before forwarding the documents on to a chosen address.

The process agent's responsibility is to forward to its client any documents it has received on the client's behalf in a timely manner. This requires a professional approach along with a knowledge of the legal issues involved.

Where are we? We are based in central London in the heart of the West End.
Who are we ?

Burlington Management Limited is a specialist subsidiary of a well-established firm providing services to the legal profession.

What does it cost? We charge an annual fee, payable in advance, which is linked to the Retail Price Index (RPI) so that you will not receive any surprises in the years to come.  Additional disbursements are charged out at cost as they are incurred.

Can the contract be terminated ?

Yes. Providing suitable notice is given in accordance with the contract.
What is needed to proceed ? Please send us an e-mail giving us your details and estimating how long you require the service.  On receipt and approval we will send you a contract and ask you to provide us with further contract details.
Are other services provided ? We are not lawyers but are happy to recommend suitable professionals should you require them.
